Warm Welcome & Health History Review

Please arrive 10 minutes early, or complete your forms online before your visit. You will meet directly with Dr. Melissa Shelton to review your health concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can understand the root cause of your problem and determine how chiropractic care may help.

Comprehensive Exam

A thorough assessment of posture, range of motion, orthopedic/neurological tests, and—if clinically indicated—digital X-rays to evaluate spinal alignment and rule out underlying issues (e.g., for sciatica, headaches, auto accident recovery, or chronic concerns). Everything is tailored to your specific needs for safe, precise care.

First Gentle Adjustment (If Appropriate)

When appropriate, Dr. Melissa Shelton may perform your first gentle chiropractic adjustment during your visit. Adjustments are safe, precise, and tailored to your individual condition to help restore proper spinal movement and relieve pain.
